1. After sales within warranty period
In case of any damage to components caused by manufacturing process or non-human factors, the customer service department will provide after-sales service for the company's maintenance network and replace parts or the whole product as appropriate.
2. The following products are not covered by the warranty:
Free samples;
Products beyond the valid warranty period;
Products without valid purchase certificates;
Products that are not repaired, changed or disassembled by our company or the organization or personnel authorized by our company;
Failure to install, store and use products according to the requirements of product instructions and product properties, resulting in failure or damage;
Abrasion and scratch of the product caused by normal use, but it does not affect the normal function of the product;
Serious damage to the shell caused by non quality problems (including deformation, oxidation, corrosion, etc.);
Human damage caused by improper use or negligence, such as improper connection of power supply and voltage, improper use not in accordance with the instructions, impact, drop, etc;
Products that fail or are damaged due to natural disasters, such as lightning, earthquake, flood, fire, etc;
Other products that fail or are damaged not due to product quality.
3. The following failed products are not repairable:
The product shell and cover are seriously damaged;
Product fracture and cracking;
The power supply is scorched and blackened;
Fragile articles (such as glass cover, glass spare parts, etc.).
4. Within the warranty period
For the quality problems of products, our company is only responsible for the repair service of defective lamps after returning to the factory; If it is not within the scope of warranty, our company will charge for maintenance.
